Refund policy

RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Please start all returns, cancellations, and damage reports through our Contact page. Include your order number and let us know what you would like to do, and we will reply with the next steps.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Change-of-mind returns: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, or it is not the item you ordered, Searo BBQ is responsible for the appropriate return or replacement shipping cost. Please report damaged items within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund is issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time after that before the refund appears on your statement.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES

If you paid for an optional or expedited shipping service, that original shipping charge is not refundable on a normal return. Where an incorrect or damaged order is attributable to Searo BBQ, we will cover the appropriate shipping costs.

SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Sale and discounted items are eligible for return under the same 14-day policy as any other item.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or variant, please return the eligible item under this policy and place a new order.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request that an order be cancelled before it has been fulfilled and shipped. Please send cancellation requests through our Contact page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once fulfillment or shipping has already taken place.
